These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Golf Breath Mastery, a GitM.ai brand for the use of golfbreathmastery.com, the Golf Breath Mastery 2.0 app, the free 7-Day Fast Start email series, and any related content (together, the "Program"). By using the Program or buying a membership, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.
Golf Breath Mastery 2.0 is a faith-based breathing and golf-performance wellness and education program. It's built to help you steady your nervous system, quiet your head over the ball, and carry that calm into the rest of your life.
Read this part slowly. The Program is not medical advice, not mental-health treatment, not therapy, and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including PTSD. Nothing here replaces care from a licensed doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional.
The breathwork is gentle on purpose. There's no forced breathing and no hyperventilation-style techniques. Still, if you have a heart or respiratory condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any medical concern at all, check with your doctor before you start. If anything ever feels wrong, stop and rest.
Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. This is a practice, like reps on the range. What you put in shapes what you get out.
If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, you don't have to carry it alone. Call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time. For any medical emergency, call 911. The strongest thing a person can do is get the right help for the right fight.
The founding membership is a one-time payment of $50 for lifetime access to Golf Breath Mastery 2.0. No subscription, no recurring charge, no surprise renewals.
As a founding member, the promised future upgrades to the Program are included. When we add to it, build it out, and make it better, you get those improvements as part of what you already paid for. That's the founding deal, and we're holding to it.
Payment is handled by Whop, which runs the checkout. We don't store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.
We want you in this because it helps, not because you got stuck. If the Program isn't a fit, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase 30 days and we'll refund your $50 on request. No interrogation, no hoops.
To request a refund, email laird@gitm.ai from the address you signed up with, or use your Whop account where the purchase was made. Refunds are processed through Whop back to your original payment method.

If you misuse the Program, we may suspend or end your access. We'll always aim to be fair about it.
All of the Program's content, including the modules, techniques, writing, video, audio, design, the app, and the Golf Breath Mastery name and branding, is owned by Golf Breath Mastery, a GitM.ai brand or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property law. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership of any of it to you.
What you build inside the app, your numbers, your rhythm, your routine, is yours, and it lives on your own device. That part belongs to you.
Breathing exercises and the physical side of golf practice carry some inherent risk. By using the Program, you take on that risk knowingly and voluntarily. You're responsible for practicing within your own limits, listening to your body, and getting medical clearance if any of the cautions above apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Program is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your membership. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms as the Program grows. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the Program after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
